About Crime Scene Cleaner

Crime Scene Cleaner poster

Crime Scene Cleaner drops players into a grim scenario where cleaning up after criminals becomes the only way to pay for a daughter's mounting hospital bills. When insurance refuses to help, you take on shady work at the request of a demanding boss, arriving at each location with a bucket and mop to erase every trace of what happened. It is a job that demands steady nerves, since the messes left behind by criminals both major and minor are anything but pleasant.

This blend of action and simulation tasks you with scrubbing away blood, packing up bodies, and eliminating lingering odors, all while a ticking clock and the threat of police looming nearby ratchet up the pressure. A full range of equipment supports the work, from a trusty mop and sponge for indoor jobs to a powerwasher for larger outdoor spaces and dedicated tools for stubborn smells.

Upgrades play a central role in keeping ahead of increasingly difficult scenes. Between missions, players can review available perks and boost their cleaning arsenal, swapping in stronger lamps and flashlights or fitting different nozzles to the power washer when there is simply too much to handle. The reasoning is straightforward: if better gear makes the grim work easier, there is little reason to pass up the opportunity.
