About Core Keeper

Core Keeper opens with your explorer waking in an ancient cavern after being drawn toward a mysterious relic, trapped deep underground with only your survival skills to rely on. Surrounded by creatures, resources, and trinkets, you set about mining, building a base, crafting equipment, and powering up the Core at the heart of it all. It's a mining sandbox adventure for 1 to 8 players, so you can brave the depths alone or with friends.

Exploration takes you through a vast, procedurally generated underground world of endless resources. You'll mine ores, uncover hidden crystals, fossils, and trinkets, and delve into living biomes teeming with cavernous creatures, from small threats to towering behemoths whose defeat helps unravel the mystery of the Core.

Crafting and survival go hand in hand. You customise your character and build new items, armour, and equipment, forging a pickaxe to break through walls, laying bridges across underground lakes, and placing torches to hold back the ever-present darkness. Farming rounds things out, letting you plant seeds, grow a range of crops, and fish for unique catches. On PC, this adventure, casual, indie, and RPG blend rewards curiosity and steady progress beneath the surface.
