Colony Survival is a voxel strategy game where you plant a banner, gather a handful of colonists, and defend a growing settlement against nightly waves of monsters. Dynamic 3D pathfinding drives both your people and their attackers, so you'll build bridges, tunnels, stairs, and overpasses to guide colonists where they need to go while keeping invaders out, backing that up with walls, moats, and forts as the threat escalates.
Progress runs through an extensive science system that starts you in the Stone Age with a few primitive jobs. By producing new materials, studying clay tablets and scrolls, and selling luxury goods, you advance along the timeline until you unlock gunpowder weapons, gliders, printing presses, rails, and much more, arming your defenders with steadily better tools.
Advancing that tech tree means venturing out, since key resources only appear in special locations. You can pay a premium at the marketplace or use an astrolabe to find those spots yourself, building outposts on mountaintops and in swamps and using gliders and rails to travel quickly. On PC, this action, adventure, indie, and strategy blend also supports easy co-op, letting friends share ownership of a single colony straight from the main menu.
