About CloverPit

CloverPit poster

CloverPit describes itself as the demonic lovechild of Balatro and Buckshot Roulette, a rogue-lite that locks you in a hell of your own making. You're trapped in a rusty cell with nothing but a slot machine and an ATM, and at the end of every round you have to pay off your debt or literally fall to ruin. It's a grim, high-tension loop dressed up as a hellish escape room.

Survival means manipulating the slot machine to squeeze out extra coins, then tilting the odds with prizes and charms that set off huge combos and snowball into a dazzling lucky run. The whole point is to bend the rules, break the game, and outlast your captor long enough to earn a shot at freedom. With more than 150 items and synergies to boost your luck, plus meta-progression, seeded runs, unlockable modifiers, and power-ups, there's plenty to chase, and an Endless Mode for pushing your score ever higher.

The developers are firm that this indie simulation and strategy title is a rogue-lite horror game, not a gambling one. On PC, the slot machine is designed to be broken and ultimately beaten, and it will never ask you for real money.
