The story unfolds in a sprawling futuristic city in the year 2036, where an inexplicable phenomenon has appeared in skies around the globe. The Supernatural Science Research Organization dispatches agents to investigate, and it soon emerges that these strange events are tied to an ancient mystery, a hidden history of two worlds that's only beginning to surface. That premise sets the stage for the fast, stylish combat at the game's core.
