Blue Fire sends you across Penumbra, a ruined and long-forgotten kingdom, in search of the secrets buried beneath its darkness. This action-adventure platformer for PC pairs exploration with demanding movement, asking you to master increasingly tricky 3D platforming as you press through mystical temples and haunted landscapes.

Precision is everything. Deadly traps and escalating challenges mean you'll need real command over your character's movement to survive, and the difficulty ramps up steadily as you go. Combat sits right alongside the platforming, with sword-swinging encounters against enemies who each fight differently, building toward intense combat-platforming boss fights. For players who crave an even sterner test, hidden Void entrances lead to abstract, high-skill challenges that guard some of the game's most valuable rewards.

The world itself rewards curiosity. Once lush and now perished, Penumbra is dotted with distinct areas, quests and survivors who lingered after the kingdom fell and will aid you in exchange for progress. Scattered throughout are collectibles and items to loot, gather, sell and trade, giving explorers plenty of reason to comb every corner of this haunting land.
