About Backpack Battles

Backpack Battles turns inventory management into the whole game. You prepare your backpack by buying rare and legendary items, then arrange them cleverly to forge powerful builds before pitting them against other players. In this strategy title, what you buy matters, but where you place it matters just as much, since smart positioning is what separates a decent build from a dominant one.

Collecting and crafting sits at the core. Items arrive in different shapes, sizes, prices and rarities, and combining them yields even stronger equipment: brew a potent potion, forge a legendary weapon, or hatch a dragon companion to fight at your side. Choosing a hero adds another layer, letting you commit to a class that suits your style, whether you favour heavy critical hits or slow, grinding poison damage.

Battles play out against the real builds other players have assembled, so you're constantly studying their creations and figuring out how to counter them. Ranked mode measures how sharp your strategy is, while Casual mode offers a relaxed alternative, and crucially there are no timers at all, so you can take your time. On PC, it's a compact, endlessly experimental strategy game about outsmarting your opponents.
