About Autopsy Simulator

Autopsy Simulator poster

Autopsy Simulator: Dead Memories puts you in the shoes of a middle-aged pathologist whose world has quietly fallen apart. A career in decline and the death of his beloved wife have left him drained and broken, moving through each day on autopsomatic. Then, during an otherwise routine post-mortem, he discovers a relic from his own past hidden inside a body, and something refuses to let him go.

This indie simulation blends procedure with mystery. You examine bodies and pore over case files to piece together the truth, with each case carrying its own story and each victim guarding secrets that double as puzzles. Solving them gradually reveals as much about the pathologist himself as about the people on his table.

Authenticity is a point of pride: cases were prepared and analysed with the help of real pathomorphologists and forensic doctors, and the in-game bodies, organs and injuries are rendered with unflinching, sometimes gruesome detail. That fidelity makes the immersion powerful, but it's not for the squeamish. By fusing simulation with genuine horror, this PC title keeps you on edge across every chapter of its story.
