About Assassin's Creed® Mirage

Assassin's Creed® Mirage poster

Assassin's Creed Mirage returns the series to its roots with the story of Basim, a cunning street thief prowling the bustling streets of ninth-century Baghdad in search of answers and justice. Through his encounter with a mysterious, ancient organization called the Hidden Ones, he transforms into a deadly Master Assassin and reshapes his fate in ways he never imagined, anchoring an action-adventure built around a more focused, classic experience.

The design deliberately revisits the iconic features that have defined the franchise across fifteen years. You parkour seamlessly through the city and take down targets from the shadows with assassinations that feel more visceral than before, putting stealth and traversal front and center rather than sprawling systems.

Baghdad itself is the star, presented as an incredibly dense and vibrant city during its Golden Age. Its inhabitants react to your every move, and there are secrets to uncover across four distinct districts as you move through the streets, giving this PC adventure a strong sense of place rooted in a single, richly detailed setting.
