About Apex Legends™

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale shooter for PC where distinctive characters and tight squad tactics matter just as much as raw aim. Set on the wild edges of the Frontier, it hands you a roster of Legends who each carry their own personality, strengths and special abilities, all designed to be simple to learn yet demanding to truly master. As the roster keeps expanding, so do the strategic combinations available to you.

The action revolves around teamwork. You pick your Legend, combine their skills with those of your squadmates, and adapt on the fly as each match evolves, making split-second calls that can turn a fight in your favor. Layered on top of that FPS foundation is a set of features built to smooth the battle royale experience, including Respawn Beacons, Smart Comms, an intelligent inventory system and Jumpmaster deployment for dropping into the map.

Survival also means gearing up. You scavenge for powerful weapons, attachments and armor across the world, and outside of combat you can collect cosmetic items to give your character a look that's entirely your own.
