World of Tanks: HEAT

Pirmie iespaidi

Priekšskatījums

HEAT is the boldest thing Wargaming has done with tanks in years: a genuine hero-shooter spin on the formula, with ability-driven Agents, short objective matches and a bright sci-fi alternate-history look that has nothing to do with classic World of Tanks progression. When it clicks — flanking as a Marksman, holding a point as a Defender while your ultimate charges — it is fast and readable in a way the mainline game never tried to be. Reception has been genuinely split, though: it sits at a 71 Metascore and "Mixed" on Steam (around half of reviews positive as of August 2026), with players divided over balance, monetisation and how far it strays from the tank sim they knew. It costs nothing to try, cross-plays everywhere, and if "hero shooter, but the heroes are tanks" sounds fun, it delivers exactly that — just go in expecting a live game still finding its feet.
