Ragnarok: The New World has an official in-game redeem-code system, and rewards are delivered to your in-game Mailbox. Codes are issued by the developer through official channels and tend to be time-limited, so they rotate and expire quickly.
How to redeem
On mobile: open the Menu and choose Redeem Code, enter the code, then collect the reward from your in-game Mailbox. On PC: open the redeem option from the settings/login screen, enter the code (you may be asked to complete a CAPTCHA), and claim from the Mailbox.
Where real codes come from
Watch the official channels — the game's official Facebook and Discord, in-game announcements, and event/milestone campaigns. We do not republish the "active code" lists that circulate on third-party sites: we could not verify any of them against an official source, and stale codes simply fail. When GRAVITY issues verified codes through an official channel, use those.
