Development plan for 2026

Thera Interactive published its 2026 roadmap outlining four major updates (B19-B22): a new quest system and Archipelago progression, unique Imperial ship skills, deeper guild progression, an Endless Sea endgame push, and a year-end overhaul to make port warfare and city ownership more accessible.
