Progression, economy and the Battle Pass

Agent levels, vehicle levels to 25, the four currencies and how the season pass actually works.

By PC Game Pilot·Core·6 min

HEAT's progression is horizontal: you grow individual Agents and vehicles rather than climbing one big tech tree.

Agent and vehicle levels

Agent XP raises your Agent Level and grants skill points. Vehicle XP raises each vehicle up to level 25, unlocking modules as you go. Level a vehicle before you write it off — a stock tank feels very different from a fully modelled one.

The four currencies

  • Credits — buy vehicles and customisation.
  • Tech — buy vehicle modules.
  • Intel — progress the Battle Pass.
  • HEAT-Coins — the premium currency.

How the Battle Pass works

Each season runs a single-track Battle Pass. The premium track costs 1000 HEAT-Coins and lets you claim rewards in any order, but everything on the track is earnable for free by playing — Season 1's two Leopard tanks, for example, unlock through free progression. You never have to pay to reach the seasonal content; paying only speeds it up and adds premium extras.

Season 1: Lost Eden

The launch season, Lost Eden, runs from 1 July to 2 September 2026. It adds a new Marksman Agent, Flair, two new tanks (Leopard 2FK and Leopard 2KST), and a new desert map, New Eden.
