The fastest way to avoid a bad start is to choose backward from your second job. In Ragnarok Zero, your first job is the foundation, but the second job defines your role for months.
- Want safe melee? Start Swordsman and plan around Knight or Crusader.
- Want party demand? Start Acolyte and decide between Priest support or Monk burst.
- Want easy ranged farming? Archer is the cleanest starting route.
- Want elemental AoE? Mage is strong, but learn monster elements early.
- Want economy play? Merchant matters if Zeny, crafting and trading are your game.
- Want fast melee or PvP tricks? Thief leads toward Assassin or Rogue.
Use auto-hunting as a convenience tool, not as your whole plan. Gear, element knowledge, party habits and economy decisions still matter.
