The experience

A closer look at Delta Force

Delta Force offers two different reasons to assemble a squad. Operations asks you to enter a raid, collect useful equipment and survive the trip to extraction. Warfare puts the emphasis on team objectives across larger battlefields. Decide which loop you want before treating their loadouts and objectives as interchangeable.

Operators bring distinct gadgets, and weapon customization provides another layer of preparation. For a new player, a manageable goal is more useful than an expensive-looking kit: learn one operator, one weapon and one route or objective at a time. Black Hawk Down is separate campaign content with its own installation and hardware requirements, so check that listing if it is your main reason to install.

Your way to play

What you can do

Delta Force - 1

Operations

Make the exit part of the plan

Extraction connects the fighting and looting to a clear finish. Agree on a route and an exit with your squad before extending a raid just because another fight is nearby.

Delta Force - 2

Warfare

Work around infantry and vehicles

The PC Steam description specifies 64-player combined-arms battles with tanks and helicopters. Learn how your squad can help an objective, and avoid borrowing player counts from the mobile version.

Delta Force - 3

Loadouts

Pair gadgets with a clear job

Operator abilities and customizable weapons support different approaches. Pick equipment for the activity you intend to play, then change one part at a time so you can tell whether it helps.

Getting started

Before your first session

  1. Check the edition and security requirements

Use the official Windows distribution for your region. The Steam edition requires a LEVEL INFINITE PASS account and discloses kernel-level ACE anti-cheat. Review any security prompts against official support guidance.

  2. Choose one mode for the first session

Start with Warfare if you want to focus on objectives and weapon handling. Choose Operations if learning the extraction loop is the priority. Read the selected activity's rules before committing equipment.

  3. Give your squad one shared objective

Call a destination, stay within supporting distance and agree when to disengage. A short review of where the plan broke down is more useful than changing every attachment after each defeat.

Is this for you?

For squads who want both military FPS battles and extraction play in one installation. Players seeking an offline campaign should inspect Black Hawk Down separately before assuming the multiplayer download covers their needs.

Things to consider

  • The Steam edition requires a third-party account and kernel-level Anti-Cheat Expert (ACE); those are material installation conditions.
  • Garena's official security guide documents Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 prompts for some players. Applicability can depend on edition and enforcement; check the guidance for your installed client.
  • The base game's minimum hardware is not the campaign minimum. Black Hawk Down lists higher CPU, RAM and graphics requirements plus its own storage figure.

Good to know

Which Delta Force does this describe?

The modern free-to-play Windows title developed by Team Jade and published on Steam by TiMi Studio Group. It is distinct from the older games carrying the Delta Force name.

How do Operations and Warfare differ?

Operations centers on squad raids and extraction. Warfare centers on larger combined-arms objective battles. Pick the mode by the kind of session you want, rather than assuming both use the same stakes.

Is Black Hawk Down included automatically?

Steam lists it as separate free DLC requiring Delta Force. Check its download and requirements separately; the base-game minimum table below does not describe the campaign.

What anti-cheat and account does Steam require?

The listing discloses a LEVEL INFINITE PASS account and kernel-level Anti-Cheat Expert (ACE). Read those conditions before installing.

Will I need Secure Boot and TPM 2.0?

Garena's official guide documents these requirements appearing as prompts for some players and provides setup guidance. It does not establish identical enforcement for every regional edition. Check your client's current official support instructions before changing firmware settings.
