Star Trek Fleet Command (Scopely) has a deliberately limited promo-code system: codes are usually short-lived, tied to specific events, livestreams, or creator promotions, and are frequently gated by Operations (Ops) level or restricted to new accounts. Most player rewards actually arrive through in-game Gifts and inbox messages rather than public codes, and Scopely typically drops a redeemable code only around once a month. Because of this, third-party 'active code' lists for STFC are notoriously unreliable and often out of date.

How to redeem codes
- Make sure your STFC game progress is saved to a linked Scopely account (Settings > Account), since codes cannot be redeemed on a guest/unlinked account.
- Open a web browser and go to the official redemption page at home.startrekfleetcommand.com/redeem-code (or open the in-game Store, which routes to the same Scopely web redemption flow).
- Log in with the Scopely credentials linked to your game profile.
- Find the promo/redeem code field, type the code EXACTLY as shown (codes can be case-sensitive), and submit.
- Return to the game and open your Gifts/inbox to claim the delivered rewards.
STFC codes are NOT entered inside the game client. You redeem them through Scopely's web system at home.startrekfleetcommand.com/redeem-code (or via the Store link that opens the same web flow), signed in with the Scopely account linked to your game. Rewards then appear in your in-game Gifts/inbox.
Why most third-party code lists are unreliable
STFC issues very few public codes and they expire quickly, so third-party 'code list' sites recycle old codes to keep pages ranking for search traffic. During this research the same codes appeared as 'active' on one tracker and 'expired' on another, and even the rewards for a single code (e.g., KIRK) were described completely differently across sites. Many STFC codes are also account-specific (gated by Ops level, account age, region, or new-player status), so a code that works for one player genuinely fails for another, making blanket 'active' claims misleading.
Troubleshooting
Expired code: STFC codes lapse fast, often within days of an event. If you get an 'invalid/expired' error, stop retrying and check official Scopely social channels or the in-game news for the current live code instead of old tracker lists.
Wrong region: Some codes are limited to certain regions or promo campaigns. Confirm the code was issued for your region/platform; if it was a region-locked creator or convention code, it will not work on your account regardless of retries.
Already redeemed: Each code can normally be claimed once per account. If it says already redeemed, check your Gifts/inbox for the reward you already received rather than entering it again.
Level requirement: Many codes require a minimum Operations level (some are gated to specific Ops bands like 20-50, 51-54, or 55+). If it's rejected, verify your Ops level meets the code's stated requirement before assuming it's dead.
Account not eligible: Codes can be restricted to new accounts only or require a Scopely-linked account. Make sure your game is saved to a Scopely account and that you meet the 'new player' or event-eligibility conditions; guest accounts cannot redeem.
FAQ
Are there any confirmed active STFC codes for July 2026?
No codes could be independently verified as active through official Scopely channels. Third-party trackers list several (such as KIRK and SFACPT1) but disagree on which are live and on their rewards, so we cannot honestly confirm any as currently working for all players.
Where do I actually enter a code?
Not in the game itself. Go to home.startrekfleetcommand.com/redeem-code (or the Store's web redemption link), log in with your linked Scopely account, enter the code, then collect rewards from your in-game Gifts/inbox.
Why does a code work for my friend but not me?
STFC codes are often gated by Operations level, account age, region, or new-player status. These per-account restrictions are the main reason a genuinely valid code fails for some players.
How do I get the newest real codes?
Watch STFC's official channels (the game's news/inbox, the official startrekfleetcommand.com site, and Scopely's official Facebook/social and livestreams). Scopely usually releases codes around events or streams, roughly monthly, and most rewards actually come through in-game Gifts rather than codes.
