First: the objective that unlocks useful progress
Start with the actual requirement holding back the next garden step. Our editorial priority is a task you understand and can finish with resources already available. A longer chain may look more impressive while doing less for the next objective. This is an order of attention, not a universal ranking of creatures.
Next: a daily task that fits the plan
Daisy’s Daily Checklist gives three tasks in sequence, refreshing at 08:00 UTC. Daily progress towards its complete-all reward resets, while milestone progress persists until its reward cycle is completed. Inspect the task and countdown first. If a task aligns with the chain you already need, it may be an efficient companion goal; if not, do not dismantle a useful plan merely to clear an icon.
Then: a clearly understood reward route
The official Gems guide identifies routes including the daily checklist, some event rewards, discoveries in land and purchases. That does not turn every offer into a good upgrade. Decide what the currency is intended to solve before using it. We recommend reviewing what you already own and what can be earned through normal play before comparing a purchase.
Last: optional work without a defined return
A half-finished collection or a tempting countdown can create a task without creating a reason to do it. Put it behind the session’s chosen goal until you can describe its payoff. This priority guide deliberately avoids a fabricated wildlife combat meta: the relevant question in Merge Gardens is what advances your garden and collection under the current requirements.
