Begin at the information screen
Open the active event and read its instructions, timer, main reward track and quest rewards. Do not import a rule from the previous weekend because the garden looks familiar. Our advice is to choose a reachable reward first, then judge the next action by how it moves you towards that reward.
A generator upgrade can outweigh merge efficiency
Forgotten Echoes uses Artisan Instruments and Musical Discoveries, with different generators feeding those chains. Its official guide usually favours five-merges but makes an important exception: a three-merge that upgrades a generator earlier can be worthwhile. The recommendation is event-specific. It is a reason to read what the upgraded generator produces, not a universal instruction to abandon five-merges.
Check what opens the land
In Evergrowth Park, there are no wildlife helpers: charged items, energy and Nectar take over several jobs. Fog gates request particular items, while Nectar heals nearby grey tiles. Place healing deliberately and read the gate before consuming a piece that it needs. The visible lightning symbol and recharge timer matter more than guessing from a similar-looking object.
Claim rewards in the right place
Reel Mysteries sends earned event rewards to the Home Garden. Its fish have a particular rhythm: after their charges are used, they do not recharge, but they can be saved for later merges and collection progress. These details show why an event item should not be discarded simply because tapping it has stopped producing something.
Treat optional purchases as optional
Decide a spending limit before a countdown influences the decision. A pass, refill or quest bundle should be judged against the exact reward and time available in your game. We make no promise that every event reward is reachable without purchases, or that completing every optional quest is necessary for the main track.
