How to redeem codes
- Tap your avatar in the top-middle of the screen.
- Open Settings.
- In the Basic tab, scroll down to the Gift Codes option.
- Type your code into the box and hit Redeem Code.
- Rewards are delivered to your in-game Mailbox — redemption unlocks after you clear Chapter 3.
Redemption is done in-game via your avatar > Settings > Basic > Gift Codes; codes are case-sensitive and rewards arrive in your Mailbox after Chapter 3.
Why most third-party code lists are unreliable
Project Entropy codes mostly drop on the official Discord and expire within days, so third-party lists are often stale. Many aggregator sites also recycle each other's unverified codes to farm search traffic, and the developers keep no persistent public master list to check them against.
Troubleshooting
Expired code: Entropy codes are short-lived; if a code is rejected as invalid it has almost certainly expired. Watch the official Discord for the next drop rather than old lists.
Wrong region: Some codes are limited to specific servers/regions from an event; make sure the code was issued for your account's region.
Already redeemed: Each code is one-time per account. If you see 'already redeemed', check your Mailbox — you cannot claim the same code twice.
Level requirement: Code redemption unlocks after you clear Chapter 3. Keep progressing the story until the Gift Codes option works.
Account not eligible: Some codes are restricted to a promotion or new players. If a code returns an eligibility error, it was likely limited to a specific event or group.
