Merge Gardens beginner guide: start the right garden on PC

Install through an official route, protect existing progress and choose one clear restoration goal.

Returning from mobile? Link that game first

Before signing in on a computer, open the mobile game that holds your progress and connect it to a Plarium ID from Menu → Settings → Cloud Save. Then use the same Plarium ID on the computer. Futureplay explicitly warns that connecting on the computer first can prevent self-service synchronisation; if that has happened, contact support with both Game IDs. Do not overwrite a developed garden while experimenting with another login.

Use the supported computer installation

The official help centre documents Plarium Play for Windows and Mac, plus a Microsoft Store route. Install the launcher from the official source, sign in and find Merge Gardens before installing the game itself. Do not assume that a website preview is a browser edition or that a third-party emulator is required. Follow the current installer and its requirements for your machine.

Make the first session legible

Read the current objective before moving everything that looks mergeable. Our suggested first goal is deliberately small: understand the quest, identify the required chain and keep space for the items it needs. If you cannot explain what a new item is for, pause before selling it. A tidy working area is a better starting achievement than opening several unrelated projects.

Record the account before you need help

Keep your Game ID somewhere you can retrieve it, then check which account is connected before changing devices. End the session with a clear next task rather than a purchase intended to solve a problem you have not diagnosed. The detailed garden and event guides below explain the choices that come after installation.
