A commander, not only an event opponent
The official 27 September 2021 update notice explicitly announced Night King as a new commander and said awakening would be available. That is separate evidence from a page describing him as the opponent in Army of the Dead. The official illustration used here accompanies that commander announcement.
One relevant current restriction
The October 2026 pet announcement specifically says Night King cannot currently take a pet into battle. Verify this in the live game before planning a pet-related upgrade around him. This narrow rule does not establish an overall power ranking.
Check the current kit
We have not verified a complete current skill panel, acquisition cost or endgame build. Consult the commander’s live descriptions and event availability before committing resources. This reference acknowledges a commander omitted from the legacy public directory; the combined selection still does not claim to be the full 2026 roster.
